Power Brick Android App
The Android app is written using MIT's App Inventor 2, a graphical programming tool based on Google's Blockly (for a better description of App Inventor go to this website's AI2 page). AI2 is free to use. Beyond the different title on the screen, and an internet connection warning (Light Switch shows instead of Power Brick for this version) it is identical to the light switch app. Note that if a block has a "?" in blue in its top left side, you can read comments about that block.
Below is an image of the app screen display, and an image of the blocks of the entire application (which would be better viewed by downloading the "power_brick_android_app.pdf" file below). The "powerbrick_blank.aia" file below is the App Inventor 2 application. You will need to import this file into the AI2 at ai2.appinventor.mit.edu (see AI2 page) and input your access token and core ID into the two blocks on the top left. You can then generate an .apk, email it to yourself as an attachment on gmail, and install it from gmail.
